Sunil John, born and raised in India, graduated with a Bachelor's in Physiotherapy in 2002. Later going on to pursue a Masters in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2008 allowed him to focus specifically on his field of interest. He has had a variety of clinical experience succeeding in various hospitals and private practices where he has worked with musculoskeletal disorders, respiratory therapy, inpatient rehabilitation, as well as sports injuries. He has also worked at nursing homes as working with the geriatric population holds a special place in his heart and profession. He is registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta. He is a specialized Health Fitness Instructor/Specialist and Exercise Physiologist from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Recently, Sunil received certification to perform IMS acupuncture (Intra-Muscular Stimulation). He is also trained in Graston Technique (instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization). Sunil excels in treating patients with musculoskeletal conditions, sports related injuries, post-surgical management, vestibular rehabilitation, pelvic health, and many other conditions.
In his spare time, Sunil enjoys taking long drives with his family, cooking and divulging in diverse cuisines, listening to music, and watching Sci-fi movies.
