Registered Provisional Psychologist
Daniel Prasad was born in Vancouver and raised in Calgary. He completed his Bachelor's degree majoring in Behavioural Science at Ambrose University and later obtained a Master of Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Daniel is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists.
Daniel uses an integrated approach in counseling, including Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness informed Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Existential Therapy approaches. Daniel works with individuals, couples, and teens to help improve, and support people going through, various challenges including relationship conflict, anger, stress, anxiety, depression, parenting issues.
In his spare time, Daniel enjoys life with his wife, two children, and a Scottish Terrier dog. He is committed to supporting you and meeting you where you are at. Daniel provides a compassionate, nonjudgmental platform to feel heard, understood, and to help move you forward to where you want to be.
