Veronica Jackson:
Registered Psychologist

Veronica is a registered psychologist living in Calgary, AB. She completed her bachelor’s
degree with a major in psychology at the University of Manitoba and completed her Master’s of Counselling at City University of Seattle in Calgary.
Veronica takes a strengths-based approach with her clients and draws from various therapeutic modalities such as person-centred therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and narrative therapies. She sees each individual in her practice as the expert in their own experiences, valuing their unique perspectives.
In her spare time, Veronica enjoys spending time in the mountains, reading fiction, and
connecting with family and friends.
Veronica’s approach with her clients is non-judgmental, collaborative, responsive, and
humorous. Her continued areas of interest include neurodiversity, chronic pain, trauma, anxiety, depression, and attachment.
