Paris Ksenic:
Registered Massage Therapist, prenatal massage

Priscilla (Paris) Ksenic graduated from Mount Royal University in 2022 with a 2200-hour diploma in Massage Therapy. Paris also holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree from Thompson Rivers University with plans to pursue a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. Paris is a member in good standing with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC).

Paris has worked with various populations, many including a wide range of conditions, athletic/sedentary levels, ages, and rehabilitation stages. She is eager to always continue her education and give the best possible care to her patients, believing that personalized home care programs are a patient’s (and a massage therapist’s) best friend and go hand-in-hand with overall patient well-being. Formally trained in CPR, standard first aid, AED level C, cupping, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, Golgi tendon organ release, special orthopedic testing, prenatal, Swedish, hydrotherapy, and pediatric massage, she wants to help all of her patients feel their best long-term.

Outside of her practice, she spends most of her time with friends and family. She’s passionate about weightlifting and evening walks, as she finds them to be some of the best ways to care for both her body and mind. Paris also loves listening to music, whether it’s while driving, training, or just winding down at home; there is rarely a moment where she isn’t listening to her favourite songs. Valuing routines to help keep her grounded and feel recharged, she brings this same down-to-earth approach to her work, creating a space where clients can feel cared for and supported in their own health and wellness journey.
